Bio & Artist's Statement
Painting Statement
I design the density of my painting surfaces to
draw you in to interpret their meaning through your own experiences. Their titles
are minimalist to further encourage your involvement in this aesthetic experience. Please enjoy.
My paintings abstract nature into linear divisions of color and texture divided by
metal rods that reference my sculptural background where I developed my love of
intriguing textures. They are an emotional not as literal response to the beauty of our world.
