Laser Operator
Description: Primary duties include CNC Fiber & C02 Laser Set-up/Operation. Manage material exchange from an automated storage system.
Shift: 2nd
Requirements: 2+ years’ experience preferred. Ability to read & interpret detailed drawings, use of precision measuring equipment, basic shop math. Knowledge of a variety of materials, appropriate cutting conditions, consumables, programming and familiarity with MAZAK equipment a plus. Frequent and continuous light to moderate lifting, bending and standing required.
Turret Punch Press Operator
Description: Primary duties include Turret punch press Set-up and operation. Tool selection load & unload. Program selection and control operation, deburring parts while in production, performing secondary operations as required on punched parts.
Shift: 2nd
Requirements: 2+ years’ experience preferred. Ability to read & interpret detailed drawings, use of precision measuring equipment, basic shop math. Knowledge of a variety of materials, programming and familiarity with AMADA and Rainer Turret equipment a plus. Frequent and continuous light to moderate lifting, bending and standing required.
General Labor “Shakeout-Blank Pull”
Description: Remove laser cut parts from sheet skeletons and complete secondary edge finish work (filing and grinding) to remove tabs and burrs. Organize finished parts on pallets.
Shift: 1st & 2nd
Requirements: Frequent and continuous light to moderate lifting, bending and standing required. Attention to detail. Material knowledge a plus, will train.
Brake Press Operator
Description: Primary duties include the ability to independently perform daily set-up and operation of CNC controlled forming equipment.
Shift: 1st & 2nd
Requirements: : 2+ years experience preferred. Ability to read & interpret detailed drawings, basic shop math, and use of precision measuring equipment. Experience with European tooling is beneficial. Frequent and continuous light to moderate lifting, bending and standing required.
