More Lazy Than That

If you're anything like me, and I pray nightly that you're not, you probably spend way too much time sitting in front of your computer when you could be outside enjoying the sunshi- Well, outside in the sunshine and fresh air, anyway. I'm all for sequestering ourselves in the dank glow of our monitors playing video games, reading about other people's lives, pretending to be 14 year old girls in chatrooms, and what have you. But all things (except monkeys) have their limits. Here is a simple way to tell if you need to get out from in front of your computer more often, or at least just open a window:
